Custom IVR and Telephone Response / Polling Service provides an automated customer or caller response system. Callers can be prompted to enter a code provided to them online or by text-message/SMS, enter a job completion confirmation, enter a work order or job number, or any other information via Touch Tone (DTMF) phone, and have the information relayed to a central server and/or human administrator for recording and/or further action. — IVR and Telephone Response Systems

Is your/your carrier's TAP Modem working? Chart of Interpage's TAPTest service, which monitors and tests TAP/IXO Self-Dispatch paging equipment, paging terminals, modems and modem banks to ensure that they are operational and which sends out alerts to notify staff and other responders when a failure or fault is detected. The chart depicts an operating TAP/IXO Self-Dispatch paging modem and the optional "No Errors" message which the TAPTest service can send out, as well as the more critical "ALERT! TAP MODEM NOT RESPONDING!" message which is sent out when a fault or lack of response is detected in a given destination paging system, mobile carrier's TAP number, or any other messaging service or system which accepts TAP messages.
